Throughout my career, both as leader of communications functions and as an independent consultant, I have hired and fired communications professionals on all levels. I would like to share that experience with you.

A typical process could look like this:

  • Overall check of the organisational structure
  • Preparation of job description (on the basis of conversations about desired skills, competences and personality in relation to the rest of the team)
  • Preparation of job postings
  • Marketing of the job including proposals for suitable candidates from networks
  • First screening of the applicant field, including interviews with potential candidates, and presentation of qualitative ranking of the most suitable candidates (max 10)
  • Preparation of professional test case
  • Participation in interviews and feedback on tests

I have a large network among Denmark’s most talented communications people, which, combined with a solid and sound feeling for professional needs and chemistry, gives me the best starting point to help you find your new communications manager, communications partner or press manager.

During 2023, I will also be able to offer a test course based on a proven, research-based (Danish) personality test followed by certified feedback to the candidate.
