Communications platform for the top leader

As CEO it’s easy to get airtime in the public space if you have something relevant to bring to the table. A senior leader who takes actively part in the societal debate can make a positive impact on the company’s reputation and on their own personal brand.

It doesn’t have to be a theme that is closely related to the company they represent but there should be a line to it, at the same time as the views of the top leader have to be personal, come from the heart and not worn out by others before them.

To consciously develop a personal platform, it is imperative that the top leader is passionate about the theme and has a clear purpose of being vocal about it.

Through focused sparring I will help defining the platform of the top leader. Together we will develop the right angles and the messages which will spur engagement and attention in the right target groups. As part of this, it is important to identify who else is circling around the same topics and think about potential partners, like-minded, allies and adversaries.

The package may include a content plan with draft LinkedIn posts, drafts op-eds, speeches and a list of relevant events for the top leader to participate as speaker or panelist. We will set it up in an annual wheel and wrap it in concentrated sessions of presentation training.
