I’m the one you buy. I’m the one you meet and the one who executes the task. At Reeh & Co, no junior consultants, project managers, partners, fancy offices, and systems must be maintained financially. If relevant, I can step into the client’s team just as I can activate &Co when needed. Flexible and efficient.
I have experience from a broad range of sectors and industries that differ in many ways, both culturally and organizationally. However, they are very much alike in their level of complexity which I passionately and quickly have familiarized myself with. Apart from a deep knowledge of the industries and their stakeholder map, it has taught me how to quickly grasp complex issues. I am always bold in asking stupid questions.
I am commercial to the bone, and I keep the entire company in mind when I advise about communications and reputation.
I do it rooted in almost 30 years of experience from a broad range of sectors – IT, transportation, energy, philanthropy, and life science.
I dare call myself an expert in crisis communication, but I have experience in all communications disciplines.
I thrive in complex environments with a lot at stake, where communications create value and play an essential part in the company’s results. I think strategically and act tactically. I get up in the helicopter and create calm and overview in stressful situations, just as I am never afraid to land again, roll up my sleeves, and take part in the execution of the tasks.
My company is called Reeh & Co. I am the only employee of the company. The & Co addendum signals to my clients that I have a professional network to draw from if relevant to the assignment. Art directors, copywriters, translators, photographers, and senior consultants who are either better than me at something or who can jump in with an extra pair of hands.
But as a starting point, I am the one you buy, the one you meet, and the one who delivers. I will never add external resources without prior consent.
I have worked with corporate communications in all shapes and forms since 1994, when I joined Danisco (later acquired by DuPont) as editor and communications partner. Four years later, I got my first job as head of communications at Damgaard Data. I later worked 16 years as Director of Communications – 10 years at Shell and six at Lundbeck Foundation.
I decided to enter 2021 as an independent communications consultant driven by a wish to become a master in my own house, to be able to focus on what I do best and what I am passionate about.
Since then, I have helped the Lundbeck Foundation, The Why Foundation (pro-bono), DFDS – and Meta (formerly known as Facebook), where I stepped in as interim manager of the Nordic communications function for 14 months.
In my adult life, I have lived, studied, and worked in Aix-en-Provence, Barcelona, Copenhagen, and Milan. I have always worked internationally and traveled a lot, both on a personal level and professionally.
I speak and write Danish and English and manage well in Spanish, French, Italian, German, and “Scandinavian.” I seamlessly switch between cultures and managerial levels.
Today, my basis is in Klampenborg, north of Copenhagen. My spare time is filled with activities with my two adult children and good friends, traveling, concerts, and lots of sports to stay physically and mentally fit.
